Shift P.O.V. (Point Of View) is a new structured experience designed for processing difficult issues in business teams. Participants have the chance to literally step into other points of view and different angles of a problem they are trying to resolve within tightly timed discussion rounds intersected by the Random Factors – unique and surprising insight prompts.
