Power Your Team with Mental Fitness

Most attempts at positive change fail because they stop at insight and never become habit. A great offsite produces a lot of nodding, and then Monday arrives and everyone goes back to their usual patterns.

The PQ® Program builds the mental fitness a growth mindset depends on. Lasting change in positivity, well-being, and working relationships comes from new habits formed through daily practice, and that’s where neuroplasticity comes in. Your brain is wired to rewire itself, but only with repetition. These 2- to 4-hour workshops are highly interactive. Your team will name the Saboteurs that show up under pressure, practice shifting into Sage mode together, and leave with a shared language and daily reps that make the change stick.

Take the FREE Saboteur Assessment now to find out which Saboteurs are affecting you!

The Program – 2 – 4 Hours

  • Discover your team’s Saboteurs. Each participant takes the Saboteur Assessment beforehand. Together, we look at which patterns dominate the group and where they tend to collide.

  • Learn by doing. Movement-based activities, live polling, and paired conversations turn concepts into experiences people remember. No slide marathons.

  • Practice Sage powers on real challenges. Your team applies Empathize, Explore, Innovate, Navigate, and Activate to situations it’s actually facing.

  • Build the habit. Teams leave with short PQ reps they can use daily, in meetings, and in the moments that usually go sideways.
