Between what was and what’s next, let’s find a way through.

Transitions can feel disorienting, even when they are welcome. Kym’s coaching pairs clear strategy with honest attention to the internal resistance, stress, and fear that surface along the way. Working through them together often uncovers surprising discoveries and unexpected benefits—turning uncertainty into real forward motion, with a plan built for exactly where you are…and where you truly want to be.

The Program

  • Carve out time and space to imagine what can be next: Sounds simple – right? Not if you are trying to manage your transition alone! This is where setting boundaries becomes vitally important so that you can get clear about your priorities, values, and the possibilities that could stem from them. Coaching provides accountability so you can show up for yourself!
  • Pick your Team: Who are your buds? Who are the people you trust – who have history with you, and understand your strengths and challenges the best? With a coach/facilitator, these brainstorms can stay focused on you and what you are trying to achieve – and they won’t devolve into just another girls/guys night out.
  • Scaffolding: How will you start to build your next chapter? What’s your risk tolerance? Where might be some interesting areas to explore, and who are the connections you have who can get you started? How will you know if the next opportunity is a “fit”? Coaching provides an excellent sounding board with built-in accountability towards important milestones.

What you get

  • Clarity not chaos: You’ll be able to sort out your priorities now, so decisions stop feeling like impulsive guesswork and are tuned to your values.
  • Embrace the uncertainty: You’ll learn to notice when fear, stress, or old habits have taken charge, and you’ll be able to make decisions from a steadier, more creative mindset.
  • A support system that works for you: Tap into a trusted circle you’ve deliberately chosen and know how to use, not just a group of well-meaning friends offering advice.
  • Momentum you can feel: Small, concrete steps and regular accountability turn “someday” into real progress, one milestone at a time.
  • Confidence in your next “yes”: Know how to test whether an opportunity is truly a fit before you commit, so you move forward with trust instead of second-guessing.
