Certified coach, training developer, voice coach, producer/narrator for educational audio products. She is Founder and Principal of Voice Into Learning, LLC.

Specialty: Mindset coaching for individual clients, experiential trainings for a variety of business and educational settings. Kym is the creator of ShiftPOV, a unique improvisational facilitation tool for effective group decision making, as well as Nugget – the bookmarking app to reduce the need for notes in online meetings.

Kym is a trainer with the Standardized Patient program within the Kaiser Permanente hospital system in Washington DC, and at Maine Medical Center, bringing communication expertise into medical residency programs. She is certified in Mindset coaching through the Positive Intelligence model, with her book Head, Heart and Hands Listening in Coach Practice due in 2023, published by Routledge publishers. 

Kym was a founding member of the Portland Playback Theatre, and the winner of the national narrative award, the Audie. She has done audiobook recording for BBC, Brilliance Audio, and Audible. Teaching credentials: Bowdoin College, University of Southern Maine, University of New Hampshire and the University of New England.
